1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, contacting NATURE OUTDOOR or discussing a B2B manufacturing project with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit project information.

2. B2B Manufacturing Services

NATURE OUTDOOR provides OEM and ODM support for outdoor soft goods, including product development, sampling, material sourcing, bulk production, quality control, packing and shipment coordination. Final project terms are confirmed through written quotations, purchase orders, specifications, contracts or other agreed documents.

3. Product Information

Website images, descriptions, materials, capacities and production references are provided for general information. Actual products, colors, dimensions, materials, accessories, logos, packaging and performance requirements must be confirmed in writing before sample or bulk production.

4. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, materials, packaging, delivery terms and compliance requirements provided at the time of quote. Prices and timelines may change if specifications, raw material costs, exchange rates, freight conditions or regulatory requirements change. Orders are not binding until accepted in writing by both parties.

5. Samples and Approvals

Samples are used to confirm construction, materials, workmanship, branding and packaging before bulk production. Buyer approval of samples, artwork, color references, technical files and packaging details may be required before production begins. Changes after approval may affect price, lead time and feasibility.

6. Quality, Inspection and Claims

We aim to manufacture according to the written specifications approved for the order. Inspection methods, AQL levels, testing standards and claim windows should be agreed before shipment. Claims should be submitted promptly with clear evidence such as photos, videos, inspection reports, quantities affected and carton or lot information.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Buyer-owned logos, artwork, designs, specifications and brand materials remain the buyer's property. You confirm that you have the right to provide and use any materials submitted to us. We treat private-label project materials as confidential and may request written confirmation before using any project example publicly.

8. Payments, Delivery and Risk

Payment terms, deposits, balance payments, delivery terms, shipment method, insurance, customs documents and transfer of risk are governed by the written agreement for each order. Unless agreed otherwise, buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, copy content for unlawful purposes, submit harmful code or use the website in violation of applicable laws. We may update, suspend or change website content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NATURE OUTDOOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use or business communications. For manufacturing orders, any remedy is limited to the terms agreed in the applicable written order documents.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, supplier shortages, transportation delays, customs actions, regulatory changes, power failures, war, epidemic events or other similar circumstances.
